TERMS OF SERVICE

We provide UK & International Shipping

All UK orders and course bookings include FREE courier delivery. Your kit will be dispatched before your selected course date and a notification email sent when your kit has been dispatched. Delivery is normally within 1 day of dispatch. International orders are subject to a £35 handling and shipping fee. Customers outside of the UK may be subject to customs & duties fees. These are not included as part of your f:ocus purchase. These fees will be applied when your package enters your country. You may be notified via email or post on how to pay these fees. Customers are responsible to pay ALL custom & duties charges. Check with your local authorities for potential charges.

Diffuser Replacement

Diffusers may need to be replaced on average every 3-12 months. This is dependent on your level of use, transport & quality of care. Please purchase an additional set for different surgeries The f:ocus bounce cards must be handled with care. We recommend very slow and careful attachment and removal. Transport in a rigid documents folder or case only. Do not completely tear fold or tear the diffusers. Ensure the diffusers are positioned on the flash higher so that they do not touch your work surface or flash bracket when your camera is seated idle in your surgery. Always peal diffusers slowly when removing.

CANCELLATION/DATE CHANGE POLICY:

Under 48hrs notice or FTA: £345 to rebook

Under 4wks notice: 20% admin fee applies

Over 4wks notice: 10% admin fee applies
